(Where Do I Begin?) Love Story

Five life-sized drawing images of advertisements from public spaces. These ‘drawing images’ were created using a computer-controlled drawing machine. They are based on slightly different advertisement images of the lingerie brand Marie Jo, taken from five different advertising pillars in Brussels (2014). Each pillar displayed the same Marie Jo advertisement. One of the images includes the subsequent advertisement for the perfume brand Chloé, Love Story, which inspired the title of the work. These photos capture the reflection of the glass, the original advertisement image, the frame of the bus shelter, and the reflection of the surroundings.
