Slowly, slowly turn away from me, touch my cheek before you leave<\/i> is a contribution to a group exhibition featuring nine other Dutch artists at the CAC in Vilnius. The work consists of a 42-meter-long partition made of transparent yellow PVC strips. Positioned between the two entrances of the exhibition space, the partition initially provides visitors with a tinted view of the exhibition.<\/h3>\n

This intervention is not immediately recognizable as an artwork; its artistic nature only becomes apparent upon reading the accompanying label. The strips, extending from ceiling to floor, narrow the exhibition space and create an intermediate zone.
